Bose Soundlink Plus flashing amber and white

I've recently gotten a bose soundlink plus, and when i put it to charge on a chord that i usually use for other devices, it started blinking amber and white, which means that there is moisture in the port. However i'm certain that there isnt any moisture in the port, and it seems to be stuck in this mode, preventing me from charging it. I've tried the resetting modes, and they didnt work. Anyone knows how to fix it?
