Abnormal HCG rise

I posted last week so excited because it looked like my day 6 5BB embryo had stuck. My HCG was 192 at 13dpt and increased by 90% to 366 at 15dpt. I went in for one more HCG today and it only rose 20% to 441. I was not in any way prepared for that phone call from my clinic today. I had been so nervous for my HCG results on Wednesday, and after it had increased so well I felt a lot better.

Initially, my clinic told me to just stop all my meds (estrogen, progesterone), but I pushed back a bit and asked if I could stay on them through the weekend until I get another HCG on Monday.

I'm a family medicine physician, so I know the odds of this pregnancy bring viable are very, very low. But I felt like stopping all meds after one poor HCG progression was pretty abrupt.

I'm pretty devastated. I've been trying for a second for 10 months and after a failed FET earlier this year, three rounds of IVF with my own eggs that gave me zero embryos Ioved onto DE. This was by far my best graded embryo from the 3 I got and I really let myself hope this was it and I would be done with all things fertilty.
