Changing major question

I am currently enrolled in BS Accounting- I am doing well but I am considering transferring to the college of Education to get a BAES Mathematics degree. I know this will require a transcript reevaluation so my question is this... Can I submit CLEP or STUDOCU classes for math credit that were not taken when I enrolled in the college of Business? I was considering taking College Algebra, Precalc, and American Government and adding to transcript before switching majors-TOO LATE???
