Straight up!

Question for everyone — all suggestions are welcome.
I moved here from Canada a little over a month ago. I worked in the Banking and Finance industry for 12+ years in Risk Management, Compliance, and Underwriting roles in Toronto.
I was confident that I would at least receive some interviews, but nah — none. Zero response from HR or hiring teams.
Is this the new norm here, or am I just overthinking it? I honestly didn’t expect this kind of response from the job market.
I’m not looking for a silver platter or for anyone to hand me a job. I’d genuinely appreciate hearing your thoughts and experiences.
