Agoraphobe
Hi,
I don’t know what to put here.
Just that I don’t like leaving the house because it feels like my very existence triggers people. The times that I have been in crowded places, like downtown, people automatically seem to either:
- Clock me as stuck up or competition
- Avoid me because I trigger their inner demons or subtly attack me with looks or sitting nearby, with bodily movements that- maybe I’m reading too much into this.
- Think I’m doing nothing when I am quite literally doing the best I can due to my mental state. Just going out is a drag.
- As much as I want to do things with others, the times that I have, they have either ignored me on purpose when I tried saying something, or, like I said, pretended I didn’t exist because they automatically saw me as pretentious or… idk.
Is it just me??? I don’t have an ego (that I know of), but it seems like I trigger a lot of them regardless
