"grab" for instant room repairs/maintenance

Hi everyone, with cost-of-living keep hiking and with so many people studying/working from home nowadays, it feels like our rooms are getting deteriorate faster than before.

I’ve recently had a few minor issues—like a flickering light and a loose switch—and realized how painful it is to get a quick fix, texting back and forth with landlords, managements, agents etc just for a 15-minute job. Most professionals, handyman don't want to travel for small jobs, or they charge a HUGE lump sum fee just to show up.

It got me thinking: why isn't there a financially affordable "Grab-style" service specifically for instant, minor room repairs? Like ordering a light + electrician combo that shows up within 15–20 minutes to do a quick fix.

If an app like this existed, would you actually use it?
