Should i start playing hsr?

As a zzz player that grinds the game to it's highest limit, its so miserable to say that the game has no content rn. I have completed every single possible quest or event in this game and the only thing that i can do is just log in daily for some rewards and complete a hollow zero investigation every monday for some extra rewards.THATS IT and i have to wait 3 week for the next update. Now im bored and wanted to try other hoyoverse games. I used to play genshin on my phone and it was alright but it's been a while since i last played it and the game wasn't my cup of tea. Now i want to try hsr because the characters look fire and they collabed with miku (die hard Vocaloid fan here) so i thought it would be the perfect game to play when zzz has nothing to offer. Now i have 3 questions and i would appreciate it if you guys give me a solid answer to them. First is how much in terms of gameplay are zzz and hsr in common? I know that they about to do a collab together and i thought how similar the gameplay for the 2 games are? Second is how good is the story? Cuz to be honest zzz's story isn't the best imo. And third, when will yao guang return? I really liked her design and her trailer was really awesome. If she returns soon then ill download the game ASAP.
