Looking for advice/recommendations for doorbell cameras

In Australia - I'm looking to make a change from my Arlo wireless doorbell camera, as unfortunately the chime that it makes when it's pressed triggers my dog to bark excessively every time.

Desirable/needed features:

Wireless/battery

Rings phone

Prefer to move to a non subscription, but not a deal breaker

Must not haves:

Audible chime when pressed that can be heard through the door

(Yes I understand that the talking through the doorbell and the visitor talking will likely trigger the dog anyway, but not to the extent as the chime, and I can hopefully attempt training more effectively)
