rush pharmacy - FL/TX

absolutely DO NOT USE Rush Pharmacy. I received trizepitide with melted ice packs today, warm vial and I did not use. It was picked up from the pharmacy per UPS tracking on 9/23. It is 9/25. I called and they were like "oh looks like shipping took longer than it should have" they did via UPS ground. Other pharmacies do it overnight in a whole ice pack Styrofoam box, this was in a mailer. I've used them for 3 months and every vial is beyond ineffective past the first dose. It's wild to me. I have since switched. This is mailed from the Rush Pharmacy in Plano TX but they had me call customer service in Florida. I've used another pharmacy (Beaker) before and it was great success. In a total of 4 vials now, after the first dose, the medication is ineffective - it feels like I'm on nothing and weight loss is difficult / the same as if I was off a GLP.
