Lightbulb specialists help

I’m looking for a specific type of handyman: I need someone to look at various different high up light fixtures each with different somewhat odd bulbs, figure out exactly what’s needed to color matching, and then order and install the new bulbs. Anyone have a rec for someone who fits the bill? I do not want to diy with AI or otherwise take half measures that could end up with the wrong thing or the light colors not quite matching. Happy to pay to fully outsource this. Any recs? Many thanks.
