Tips for a split harvest on a single plant?

Every grow teaches me a lesson, and this one was “the perils of light pollution.”

My plant is flowering at different rates on different parts, and is probably a little behind overall.

I have a few lower branches that are much more mature than the rest of the plant, and will probably be ready sooner. Is it fine to harvest those branches sooner than the others? Should I do anything with the wound on the plant?
