Discord Hacked b2b

I had 2 discord accounts. One on my laptop one on my phone. Yesterday at 00:08 my account got hacked on discord i managed to get it back and then at 00:08 today my account got logged out again because of the MrBeast bitcoin scan. The thing is i didnt click on any links or downloaded any like hacktools or anything only thing i downloaded was cru on my laptop but cru is save and i still dont know how it got on my phone. I need help figuring out how to be safe from this and why this happend since i had 2fa and security code on.
