Does anyone know if there are any .ini settings for maximum performance on low-end PCs?

For Conan Exiles Legacy (the Unreal Engine 4 version), there were some settings shared by someone that allowed very low-end PCs to run the game well by disabling certain effects; I had a friend with a really old, slow PC who went from 7–15 FPS to nearly 35–40 using them.
