Winter driver? Outside Sales!

Curious if anyone here uses their ford fusion for an outside sales job in winter conditions? Recently started a new role here in MI where I’ll be driving around 15-20k miles a year, mostly high way and some city.

I have a 2020 Ford Fusion SEL FWD I got back in 2021 that only has 39k miles on it. Been debating trading it in and going to a Maverick with AWD but trying to see if there are people in a similar situation where they got snow tires instead with reviews.
