Setup basis for full winctrl Airbus setup.

I’m building an Airbus setup with winctrl items and the more items I get, the more I’m thinking a desk isn’t the best way forward especially as I’m using my tv as the screen.

What would be the ideal setup be for playing in the living room on the tv? Would that still be a desk, a cockpit or a stand?

Ideally it would be easy to take apart and store and not take a lot of space.
