I stopped just after Gore Magala was added. How do I catch up?

I got tired of Wilds for a number of reasons, but I'm kinda interested in returning due to the expansion.

So to not get lost with the amount of stuff I missed, I'd like to ask for some tips on how to properly catch up with the added content, if that's okay.

Thanks!
