Interviewing for the same unit/position I didn't get last year?

Seeking Advice

So I've never been in this situation before. Last year around September, I interviewed for an oncology role for Mount Sinai, thought it went well, they asked for my availability, any days I need off, so I thought I had that in the bag. Ghosted. Automatic email a few weeks later saying they're not gonna take me as a candidate. Oh well. After that I got a job at an outpatient dialysis unit and have been there for about 9 months now.

Wanted to get back to an inpatient setting (shocking I know 🤣) so I started applying again recently, hit up a recruiter I was in touch with last year who put me on to a couple interviews that went nowhere, and he set me up with an interview to the exact same unit with the same person that interviewed me the last time I was there last year. Does this happen often? Will she remember me? Should I mention anything at all? 🤣
