Former CTMs & TLs who now work in another shop, is it better?

Hi, I've been working at the coop since October 2023 and I've honestly seen this company go down the drain. The costcutting measures and usually having just me on the shop floor I think is starting to affect my heart as well.

Not only that but the good staff have since left, the shop isn't run great anymore and my boss now talks to me (I am autistic). I sometimes overhear and see the other CTM and TL doing their own thing and not really helping the front of store. I'm handing in my notice in January since I had 2 times off (where I could both meet friend's) denied along with generally my social life in shambles (among other personal things)

We recently had a colleague leave for Sainsbury's, I saw him recently to which he told me it is way better. I am wondering if this is the same with others?
