Is it worth it at this point? REG on 10/3

I’m using UWorld to study and I have only studied maybe a couple of hours. My NTS expires on 10/3 so I’m taking the exam then. UWorld shows only 23% of the entire course is done and the score I have is 40%. I trend between 40-50% on random MCQs.

Do I even have a slight change of passing at all?
