Period Pain

So I'm used to having bad period pains but I can normally lay in a certain position, take some paracetamol and go to sleep and my pains are normally worse on the 2nd and 3rd day but for some reason on my first day of my period, I'm in excurating pain, I feel really hot, I can't sleep and fast working paracetamol ain't working. I have recently been under a great amount of stress and that but fuck me it hurts so bad and I have work in the morning. I'm just ranting now.
