Need some help getting Ready or Not mods

I purchased ready or not today and was able to download it through Steam. However, when I go to add the game in the left side panel of Vortex, it said I needed to download 2 things:

Unreal engine mod launcher
Ready or Not Vortex support

So I did, downloaded successfully, went to the extension tab in Settings and saw these were both enabled. I restart Vortex as instructed.

After restart, the game does not show up in the left panel and says that unreal engine was downloaded and install installed, but cannot be run due to a load order.

I tried multiple times of enabling, disabling, deleting, re-downloading, even deleting vortex off my PC and doing a fresh install. Nothing works to get ready or not into that side panel.

What am I doing wrong here, or are there any tips you have?
