AITA for putting up X boundary?

I am moving out in a few weeks due to issues with my roommate. Me and my roommate have been friends for several years, and have lived together before. This past year, my roommate started a grad program. They became attached to a part-time professor, and they fell in love and started dating. I have just started that same grad program, and put up a boundary that I don’t want that person in the apt while I live there. In order to maintain the boundary but keep the friendship, I offered to move out. I am in the process but my move-in date got pushed back a bit. My roommate seems upset about it and has been acting weird towards me. I feel deeply uncomfortable and wish I could move out sooner. I said I thought this was best for both of us, and that I wanted to maintain the friendship. I don’t want to jeopardize the friendship or put either of us in a situation where it could be found out and effect our reputations. I feel guilt for not going along with everything, and putting the boundary up in the first place. Maybe if their relationship was found out it would all be ok, and no one would care and it would turn out that I was just being dramatic. I don’t know anymore. AITA?
