Mdcat 2026 admission related advice

So my mdcat score is 87 but according to key it was 90 so now my aggregate of mdcat only is 48 percent land overall aggregate combining percentages and all is 64.57 ig and my main target is altamash for bds do I have a chance bcoz the admit students who have score 50 percent aggregate and if not then which private college would give me admission I'll go talk to them like on coming days but like can anyone tell is I possible or not or like give me some other options
