Coincidence that felt like a message from the universe

I experience many synchronicities but this one takes the cake and I still sometimes think about it

I live in an apartment building with services and I sort of fell for this guy who worked here (F). He did a lot of stuff like manage tickets or onboard new tenants. It was a mutual crush and it felt unusually intense though we never crossed boundaries. We could for the life of us not be normal around each other.

As our slow burn kept developing, and I finally thought something might happen he just disappeared. Left the job, we said clumsy goodbye through email and that was it. I did always feel his sudden disappearance was odd but that’s just life. To be honest there’s a lot of weird things and synchronicities about our start too but I won’t get into that.

Months later I make a ticket for my leaking kitchen sink. They sent in a repair guy who said there was something wrong with how it. I said I’d made a ticket previously but it wasn’t properly solved. The repair guy said that I pay for these services and if something isn’t fixed I should insist. I just nod. He then starts elaborate:

He said something along the lines of the processes between his company (repairs) and the tenant company are smoother now with the new hire. He said he saw the previous guy (F) was being badly mistreated by his manager (he even added that it was put mildly). That if your boss can’t do their job well, you won’t be able to either. That he chose a new path and his own happiness.
All of this quite personal stuff.

I have no idea why this guy chose to share so much personal stuff about him? Unprompted?

I couldn’t help but see it as a meaningful coincidence to give me some closure as to why our story ended so abruptly.
