EIS Buyer Requests Order Made By Mistake Cancellation Over a Week After Purchase

HELP

Hello all. I (seller, shipping to EIS hub, no refunds except for INADs on) received a cancellation today on an EIS order from 10 days ago with the “Order created by mistake” reason and a comment “cannot afford”. I do have extended handling time on for this item, ebay is saying I am unable to resist it if I accept the cancellation request, and I currently have not shipped it out (presale item for a US exclusive releasing in 2 weeks, already purchased by me). To me this does scream bull on the buyer for all this due to the timing and all of their reviews are from other international sellers (just their auto thanks for shopping with us! notes). Personally, I am not willing to cancel as the timing for this is fishy to me and I am utilizing EIS so I will have some protections (though not from nasty dms).

In short:

-Buyer has already paid (ordered Sept 15, cancellation request Sept 25).

-Item has not shipped yet (presale item, releases in 2 weeks, item was already secured by me as it is a US exclusive. It is not a high risk item (ex: pokemon, tech, expensive, going to authentication)).

-it is confirmed to go to the ebay glendale heights hub (I am enrolled in EIS).

-Extending handling time is on, ship date for me to mail out is in November.

have other sellers gone through this or can share some advice? Thank you in advance!
