Can I return my order or am I SOL?

Help

I bought the Corsair iCUE LINK TITAN 240 RX LCD AIO a couple of weeks ago while I was still waiting for the rest of my PC components to arrive. The parts arrived, and I built the computer. I installed iCUE, and both the AIO and the hub were detected. iCUE also updated them. After that, I tried to set a image on the AIO’s display, but I got some kind of error message, although I can’t remember exactly what it said. The lighting and other features still worked so I left it as is.

Now I started looking into the issue again and reinstalled iCUE. It then installed another update. After the update, a red triangle with an exclamation mark appeared on the display, and the AIO is no longer detected by the computer. I also noticed that screen has burn-in. The fans are also extremely loud / or has annoying noises, even though their speeds aren’t particularly high.

I bought it directly from Corsair’s store, so would it still be possible to return it and receive a refund? I knew this was a Corsair product with a fairly closed ecosystem that requires iCUE and all kinds of updates, but I didn’t expect the user experience to be this awful. I just want to get rid of it.
