Status change

Checked this morning, was step 3 with jurisdiction of nwq and tj of the same. Checked a little bit later closer to 1530 CST, had no change. Just checked again for no real reason other then something to do, changed to step 5 with no change in tj or jurisdiction.... now I get to look at that all weekend knowing nothing will change but frustrated all the same that nothing is changing. Why do we do this to ourselves?
