ISO Seattle area recommendations

hey all. female and just dx at age 55. looking for good Seattle area doctors to talk to. I’m guessing my dx is due to a combination of family history, menopause and history of sibo. open to any clinic or provider who is good with digging into causes and different tx options beyond bone meds. I’m not saying I wouldn’t ever do them but I’d like to consider HRT and other things as well. thanks.
