Arctic experience for a recruit
Hello,
I'm mixed indigenous born in Scandinavia and raised on the reservation in Canada so I speak a bit of French, my ex kept my kids from me so I am currently wearing an ankle monitor for trying to see my kids like any father would and it's removed in 5 months so I'm not convicted for drugs, murder, violent or sexual crime, I'm only convicted for trying to see my kids and there's an ongoing investigation against my ex for domestic violence against the children and I but the Justice system in Sweden is pretty fucked so even if she beat the kids men rarely get custody of the children so women get the children because women are viewed as caretakers, I hate to bore you with that bullshit, I was reading about starting a new chapter in my life because I hate it in Sweden and a man told me I should look into becoming a legionnaire.
One side of my family are from high Arctic in northern Scandinavia, we have reindeer and have for millennia so I learned a lot of traditional ways of surviving in the high Arctic during winters some of the techniques are thousands of years old to survive during the cold climate, my uncle taught me from my childhood to shoot long distances in the mountains so I have that experience as well. While the other side of my family are Oneida an North American tribe from the great lakes area and we have relatives in Quebec so I learned French but rarely use it.
I couldn't find that much information if the French Foreign Legion conducts Arctic warfare but I assume it does, I thought maybe it may be useful I do however use nicotine pouches which apparently are highly illegal in France so I got to cut that habit before applying but once the ankle monitor is removed can I apply for the legion?
