Claude promotion for returning users

I have an account that is on free now. I am thinking of returning to a paid subscription but would like to clarify what is being given to the returning users? I don't see a 50% discount nor any mention of resets.

What exactly is being added for the users that are returning? I heard that some people got an e-mail with 50% promo but not sure if thats true.
