Cyberpunk black screen

Im in the latest 4070 drivers, every other game runs perfect except for Cyberpunk, it blacks out to a no signal crash instantly, today it was in the intro splash screen before the start menu.

Its not TDR as I've already sorted that previously after a crash, has anyone had recent issues with a black screen/no signal crash?
