[Console][2010s] Game where your dad becomes a cannibal monster

It opens with your monster dad already eating someone/something and the protagonist hiding from him. I'm pretty sure the whole game was rendered in black and white. it was a somber story focused game. I remember one of the big Minecraft youtubers of the time playing it, either Stampy or DanTDM. I vaguely remember the entire game taking place in an African village but i'm not too sure if that's true.
