WD Red WD80EFAX vs WD Ultrastar WD140EDGZ

Hi, I am building my first NAS rig and I have an option between 2x8TB or 2x14TB. The 14TB is about $200 more from a local guy (used to be in a data server). The both have about 30-40,000 hours on them (SMART info looks good). My concerns with the 14's is the noise. Will the 5 sec clicking be noticeable if not right next to it? It will be in my living room. Or maybe I shouldn't worry about it?
