Is it just me?

Ok so I don't usually make posts like these, BUT I'm lowkey scared something is wrong with my laptop.

So recently this started happening about a week ago. Sometimes when I'm playing online, my inputs just start getting INSANE delay. Like, out of nowhere. I'll be moving around, attacking, whatever. Then out of nowhere, my character feels a million times slower. I'm mashing my buttons, but there not coming out until almost 20-30 frames later, then it later goes away and I'm back to normal.

Usually lagging just makes everyone's characters start flickering about and the game desyncs, but this is new.

I live in an old apartment building, the WIFI isn't the greatest but I've NEVER had these issues. Actually as I'm writing this i remembered, this happened around the time I downloaded Streamlabs so I could stream on twitch.

Unless one of my apps is causing the random frame delay, is this happening to anyone else? Is this just what happens in Brawl when you lag?
