Advice needed for a specific scenario

I am looking for a unit that is a SSB transceiver (USB+LSB). It needs to be small, portable, and between $150-200 including an external mag mount antenna.

I need something that I can attach a battery/antenna to while outside of my vehicle but also attach it to the vehicle 12v and mag mount when driving.

Ideally, the vehicle setup would be swapped between my work truck & personal car.
