VDDG IOD VOLTAGE

Why the higher vddg iod voltage makes my games more smoother? specially in valorant ?!

R5 5500

crucial Ballistix micron e die 3200 oc'ed to 3800mhz cl16 1.45V

5060 8GB

B450m msi pro m.2 max

if i set these voltages to

vsoc 1.1

vddp 0.950

ccd 1v

iod 1v

vdram 1.45v

the tests looks clean for hours (anta777 extreme)

but when i change these voltages to

vsoc 1.2

vddp 1.1

ccd auto

iod 1.1

vdram 1.45

the games being more smoother and less latency

my question is

is this a stupid algorithm from the mobo manufacturers or from the cpu manufacture

and why the auto voltages makes things worse and Micro stuttering?

._.
