Need a budget Monitor (used okay) That doesn't ghost.

I bought a cheap Amazon monitor as a present for a friend... budget was an issue, but hey 144hz.

The ghosting was crazy... even in movies.... i was like wow this is crap.

Now I'm in need of another monitor, for testing and as a spare when I need to fix PC's.

Can someone give me a monitor ~$150 or lower that doesn't ghost... I've been out of the PC game for years and don't know what's hot in the streets.

24"... 120HZ is fine... it's not for gaming... but when I fix a PC if I can get the higher refresh rates.... that would be great.
