Cant process 600 oil help please

Hello there, good pioneers! I've been trying to process 600 oil using 10 refineries since I unlocked the Mk.2 pipe, but for some reason, I can't get them to run at 100%, even though all the piping is set up correctly. I have no clue what's wrong.
