Guys please help

So I haven't played rust in around half a year maybe more and the last time I did i was running around 100fps plus I have a TUF gaming laptop its got a RTX 4070 8gbt 40gbt DDR 5 and a ryzen 9 so a pretty good laptop but the game crashes every chance it gets I verified files multiple times it was crashing at terrain textures I Googled it and they said it could be Vram so I should lower graphics so I did and it helped not so I put every graphic to 0 I could and all textures low and then it let me into the sever just to crash afew minutes later and this is for any normal sever. My resolution is set correctly so I have no clue what it could be.

PS. my drivers are up to date too.
