“I no longer hunt but did in younger years, and I still enjoy fishing, as much for being outdoors as anything.

And I am really against this amendment. It would weight our Constitution toward the 6% in our state who are hunters and trappers, and away from the 94% who do not. That’s absurd.

These are among the millions of people who would lose their full rights to have a say in Colorado wildlife management:

\* Skiers & Snowboarders & XC Skiers

\* Hikers

\* Rock Climbers & Boulderers

\* ATV & UTV’ers

\* Bird Watchers

\* Wild Animal Enthusiasts

\* Those who want Public Access to all Waterways

\* Wildlife Photographers

\* Horse Trail Riders

\* Kayakers

\* Wildlife Tour Operators

\* Snowmobilers

\* Rafters

\* Dog Sled Team owners

\* Wild Food Collectors like Mushroomers

\* Hot springs enthusiasts

\* Painters of Colorado Wildlife & Scenery

\* Etc. Etc.

We need to say NO to Prop 83, and NO to carved-out, special Constitutional privileges for only hunters and trappers.

And we need to keep all outdoor & wildlife enthusiasts on the same level and playing by the same rules.”
