Correction surgery #1 completed today

My freedom was granted on the 20th of February of this year. Unfortunately, I started to bleed again and started to feel a bulge. After many months of waiting surgery day finally came. I feel very validated that they found multiple lesions and a bigger cyst at the cuff that had to be removed. I got a lasers down there today. I also have a prolapsed rectaseal with hemorrhoids… it feels so good to get answers that I knew something was up with my body. I get biopsy results back in two weeks. Also, I got told my vaginal canal lining is way thinner than what they would expected as a 27yo with ovaries. I’ve been on HRT (progesterone only) since April. I’m starting estrogen patches soon. My doctor said we will discuss deeper the many finding at my post op appointment.
