Duty Boots

Hello, posting for my husband.
He recently got a job at the local jail and will be walking on his worst nemesis- concrete floor.

Needless to say he has terrible foot issues.
Has had two surgeries to try to alleviate his pain from plantar fasciitis. The surgeries did not work.

Are there any duty boots that yall can recommend? Also, any shoes that can help him get through the police academy?
