TWoK Uniform Issues

So, I had the uniform set on a character before the latest update, and when I logged on, he lost the collar. I went back to edit it and the collar popped back on. I saved it, but when I went to rework it to *not* have the collar, I couldn't find an option for it. Does anyone know if there's a specific section in the uniform section for the collar-less version, or is it a known bug? Thank you, and LLAP.
