I’m new to battletech, is this a good “shopping list”?

I have some friends that are into battletech more than I am but I’ve played it and I like it, tho I only have like six mechs. Those being the ones in the clan striker star and an annihilator. I’m looking to get some fun and cool models. I like the tanky aspect a bit more than the speedy aspect as of right now. I prefer the sniper and missile boats like the catapult and I was wondering if these mechs are worth getting or if they’re hard to get. I don’t have a 3d printer so for now I have to buy them from eBay or game stores. Heres the list and thank you guys all in advance for any and all help.

Thunderbolt: heavy

Legionnaire: medium

Marauder (1 and/or 2): heavy/assault

Timberwolf: heavy

Catapult: heavy

Battle master: assault

Mercury: light

Stone rhino: heavy

Nightstar: assault
