Need advice

Hello,
Im a girl who just turned 19
I have a goal, multiple goals and a dream.

This summer I finally told myself that I will go full own my dream and how I want my future to look like after a long time of telling myself it’s impossible.

I want to have a big farm maybe sustainable and want to build my own house and would like to be closer to nature. I’d like to teach my children manual skills and help them learn a lot of things. It seems like it’s a fairly taille but I had a vision for a long time.

I’ve been working hard.
I changed jobs, I used to be in commercial painting and now got my carpentry job in Reno. Started a YouTube channel that is aligned on my dream and to help me learn.

But here’s where it’s not working. And need advice.
I’m not learning enough or advancing enough.

1- In carpentry I am learning renovation work this summer and not how to build a house I feel like changing to another company to learn more (even though there is so much to learn in renovation too) but I also like my boss and the work environment. Since I’m also apprentice 1 in construction now is the time to make the best of you’re hours and learn the most to be skilled and a good asset later when you cost more money. I don’t know what to do.

2-i asked a farmer if I could come free of charge to help her on Sundays she said yes but told me that from time to time she won’t be able on Sundays. I was exited because i will learn a lot about plants trees and flowers but now it’s been 3-4 Sundays in a row where I ask her and there’s always something coming up. So I don’t know what to do it’s just not happening.

3-i had a project with my coworkers about building houses together but that seems to not be happening this year. So another project not working. Something I was really hoping for.

4-I told myself I will use YouTube to learn and it is working thanks to my channel I’ve been learning things like fishing. But I’ve been wanting to learn complex things like mechanical things and what not but it seems that 1 I’m too tired to set on big projects or learn a lot about anything and 2 I don’t know much about any of it.

5-seems weird to say bu there is also so much to learn I don’t know if I’ll be able to learn everything I’d want to learn. (I’m someone who wants to learn everything)

Do you have advice ?
I’ve made a step forward but I don’t know if it’s actually going anywhere. Everything is like not working.
