Looking for Shapeshifters Games

I'm not so sure if this exists but I'm looking for a game with shapeshifting as a core mechanism. It's 3D, preferably openworld, you play as a human/humanoid and you can fight/brawl as that humanoid BUT you can shapeshifter into creatures ( not other humans ) be them normal creatures or fictional creatures, with the possibility of chaining combos in fighting, using them for traversal, smooth shapeshift animation. I know it's a stretch but I'm writing this at 3am, I had a dream on this and need to know. Thanks in advance.
