Anyone tried bridal gown fitting at Pronovias PH (Mi Sueño)? Seeking feedback!

I’m currently looking at Pronovias dresses for my wedding and am planning to book a fitting appointment with Pronovias PH (Mi Sueño Bridal).

Before I go, I’d love to hear about your experience:

1. How was the fitting session and customer service?
2. Did you buy your dress directly or did you end up altering/buying elsewhere?
3. Do they handle alterations in-house, or do you recommend getting an external seamstress?
4. How far in advance did you need to order your gown?
