Do you really need the win that bad?

So we have this large commander playgroup at my LGS +20 players every Sunday. One guy ALWAYS plays "Those decks". I was in a pod of 3 at the designated "precon level" table. one guy had a precon one of the dragon Storm precons, so I whipped out one of my untouched precons from the same set and the 3rd player was playing snakes. The ONE guy comes over and asks to join and I said yeah but we're playing pretty low level mostly precons he said "that's ok I'll just play Urza, but don't worry it's not a high powered Urza deck". Umm ok goes ham with Urza inevitable wins on like turn 4 so we shuffle up. I asked if he has any lower powered decks as it seemed a bit to much as we are in fact at the "precon level" table, I even offered to let him borrow a couple of my decks that were either low powered or unaltered precons. He said " no that's ok I'll just play my ur dragon deck"....I said "still seems a bit out of place at the table as 2 of us are playing unaltered precons and one player is playing snakes" he assured us that "it's not that bad"....wins again before we can even get somewhat set up I think it was like turn 4 or 5 again. Shuffle up "are you sure you don't have anything that's less powerful". He has a gitrog monster deck but again don't worry because it's not "that" kind of deck...it was in fact "that kind of deck". There was more competitive tables they're literally designated in power levels. We were at "precon level". What's worse is he does this EVERY FREAKING TIME. My guy your decks would have no issue at the 4 table you literally have OG duals and several game changers. Do you need the win that bad? I never see him sit at the other tables always at the precon level table. Its gotten so out of hand that the regulars will literally walk away when he sits down at their table. He's avoided like the plague. And when he gets targeted he gets super salty about it literally yells and pouts.
