Teacup advise

Hi!
Im currently re-reading stories, my DR technique (for a lack of better word) is to speed run stories, get the most diamond scenes i can, and then once I finish the story read it again slowly but with most outfits bought and scenes.

In the wheel i got teacups and now have 7.

I know there is an update on the 3rd, would it be wise to wait the 7 teacups for the DR?
