General balding+fin/mil questions

Baldness runs heavy in my family, all my grandparents have wisps of hair left and all my uncles are balding and or already bald. I'm 22 starting min+fin on Monday because I noticed I'm starting to lose hair. Is fin/min just delaying the inevitable for me? Or can I find a way to not need a polished scalp by 40 lol. Looking for general info, insights, and tips.
